My journey into appraisals started at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Geomatics. This program, with its focus on computer mapping and land surveying, gave me the analytical tools and spatial problem-solving skills that now form the backbone of my approach to property valuation and appraisal work

Continuing my education, I joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2016 and have been appraising residential real estate in Saint John and surrounding area since 2018. I was awarded with the CRA, P. App designation in 2020.

I have completed numerous residential appraisals, which include single family dwellings, condominium units, multi dwellings [limited to a maximum of four units], vacant land appraisals as well as new construction. This has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of Saint John’s established neighbourhoods, and the evolving nature of the real estate business itself.

My evaluations are based on adapted research, applied statistics, and considered historical market precedents. My assignments are thoroughly researched and completely unbiased.
